Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order. Most orders are process within 24 hrs or less.
SHIPPING - Domestic USA
We can ship to virtually any address in the United States and its territories via USPS. Once the item is shipped in our system, a tracking number will be email to you. If you did not get a tracking number, please contact us. We are not responsible for lost packages. Note that there are restrictions on some products.
We offer free shipping for any orders that total $49 or more. This promotion is only offered and valid to domestic destinations. The qualifying total does not include sales tax, and will be determined after all discounts or promotional codes have been entered and calculated. Most orders that qualify for free shipping are ship via USPS Priority Mail.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping method you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
SHIPPING - International
We service and ship to most countries worldwide via USPS (www.usps.com). This is the most economical option for our customers. If you received an error during check out or your item is not available at your location, chances are we do not service your country. Please contact us immediately to inquire about shipping to your locations at email@example.com. We are updating this informaiton on a weekly basis.
PLEASE NOTE to international buyers: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying or your package maybe rejected or delayed.
RETURN & REFUND Policy
Returns - You may return most new, unwashed, unopened, with original tags items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (i.e. you have received an incorrect or defective item). Ordering the wrong size or item is NOT a result of our error. You may contact us at any time if you have questions regarding an item.
Refunds - You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Directions - If you need to return an item, please call or email us. If you purchased online, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
